Do you cover my area?
Crellin Property Services mainly covers Doncaster and nearby towns. Send your postcode and we will confirm whether the job is within our working area.
Can I send photos for a quote?
Yes. Photos are very useful for roof cleaning, gutters, small repairs and access checks. They help us decide whether a fixed quote, quick visit or inspection is best.
Do you provide before and after photos?
For suitable jobs, yes. Before and after photos can be added to the job record and customer report so you can see what was completed.
Does the weather affect external work?
Yes. Roof cleaning, biocide treatment, exterior cleaning and some repairs need sensible weather conditions for safety and quality. If a job needs moving, we will communicate early.
Do you do small repair jobs?
Yes. We can help with smaller external repairs, tidy-up works, landlord maintenance jobs, practical property fixes and small groundwork or drainage jobs.
How do quotes and invoices work?
For most jobs we provide a clear quote before work starts. If the quote is accepted, the job can be booked in and an invoice is issued once required.
